Luigi has worked in payroll sector for over 20 years and has an extensive knowledge of payroll procedures including holiday entitlement, redundancy, benefits and expenses.
Luigi checks and provides advice and assistance on the application of Italian law concerning employment, social security contributions, tax and the application of collective employment contracts, preparation and presentation of all documents, reports, declarations, authorizations and compulsory notices.

He is also expert of assistance during the phase involving the hiring and termination of personnel and freelance consultants, checking payment of salaries, social security contributions and tax, as well as compliance with all other requirements imposed by law, assistance in checking and verifying staff presence, absence certificates and the updating and filing of obligatory documentation.

Luigi is the Head of HR and Payroll department.
